Product Designer
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer to shape the user experience of our AI-powered financial platform. You'll be responsible for designing interfaces that make complex financial concepts simple and delightful to use.
This is a founding design role where you'll establish our design language, build our design system, and work closely with product and engineering to ship beautiful, functional products. You'll have significant creative ownership and the opportunity to define how millions of users experience their finances.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile
- Create and maintain our design system and component library
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive interfaces
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure design quality in implementation
- Contribute to product strategy and feature prioritization
- Establish design processes and best practices
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Track record of shipping products at scale
Skills
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Design system creation and maintenance
- Prototyping and interaction design
- User research and usability testing
Nice to Have
- Experience with fintech or complex data applications
- Motion design and animation skills
- Front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS)
- Experience with design tokens and developer handoff
